Code of Conduct
When designing this Code of Conduct, we aimed for a Code that further reinforces our desired HZPC culture, social interactions and business practices.
Our Code of Conduct is not meant to set limited rules so that everyone has “black and white” solutions for how to behave or what is allowed or not. The “grey-area” is where your own judgment and taking your own responsibility is required!
The Code of Conduct gives supportive guidelines. Making daily decisions based on good judgment combined with the provided guidelines, will contribute to a constantly higher standard of ethical business practices. Guidelines directly resulting from our company values.

Statement against Child Labour.
HZPC is active in the (seed)potato industry worldwide. HZPC acknowledge that child labour exist in various countries. Although we deeply respect local differences, we strongly reject child labour. Over the years we have built strong long-term relationships with our partners. Along with them we take responsibility in our stand against child labour.
HZPC follows a zero-tolerance policy to child labour. We do not tolerate any child labour within our organization or subsidiaries. We expect the same from all our agents, seed growers, suppliers or otherwise involved with HZPC.
